Company History

About 36 years ago, Mr. M. A. Quayum started investing in the stock market personally as a Member of Dhaka Stock Exchange. After a successful performance of 13 years, he founded the M. A. Quayum & Co. in 1994 for the people who are interested to invest in the capital market.

Later in 2006, the company registered under Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) as a private limited company as Quayum Securities Limited.

After affiliation with CDBL, all shares of the company were digitized through connection to a central database system to provide an easy, centralized and secured trading system with DSE in the year 2008.

To provide a more customer friendly environment and accommodation of services, 3(three) new branches were opened at Banani, Uttara and Motijheel commercial areas.Thousands of people entrusted us. They invested their dreams on us. Because we were different

Completing a systematic back-office automation throughout the year of 2010, the company finally introduced MSA+ Internet Trading as an industry standard infrastructure for its clients in 2011. We are always ahead of the line. we always ensured the best professional services for our clients

In 2015, the company’s trading floor was finally integrated with DSE standard software app; namely: DSE Flex-TP.

In 2016, R&D Department was born to ensure the safe and informed investment for the clients.
